Great location. Very clean. Great breakfast food vouchers. Small rooms but all was well maintained.

This is a very old hotel which charges a LOT of money for a very standard room with horrible views. Very few amenities and outdated room decor and heating/air conditioning. Aside from the location close to Times Square, it has little to offer for $500 per night for a small, dingy room. Staff was unhelpful and seemed to have an attitude. We arrived a bit early and asked for an early check-in and were told that they had rooms available for an extra $60. WHAT??? I am paying over $500 for an overnight stay and you have rooms available but you have the nerve to charge additional money? Asked to leave our bags until check in and we were even CHARGED for THAT standard service. Never again. Do better Hotel Edison.

it was just a fabulous stay and all the fun add ons made our stay so special ...DJ / live jazz/ architectural tours ...thank you so much fr such a treat!

The furniture was dirty, a white dried chalky stain on couch, dirty carpet with stains, the laptop didn't work, I called to get it repaired they never came. Cleanliness of the room was lousy shouldn't have had the room for guest until it was cleaned correctly. And not halfass

Best customer service ever! We had already checked out and came back later in the day to pick up our luggage. When we arrived at the airport, our flight was unfortunately canceled, and our new flight wasn’t until the next morning. That meant we had about eight more hours to spend in Times Square. The manager was incredibly kind and allowed us to come back to the hotel and leave our luggage there until it was time for our next flight. They also allowed us to use the restroom, relax in the lobby for as long as we needed, leave and come back later, and rest before heading back to the airport. This helped us so much because we didn’t have to spend hours walking around New York with all of our luggage. The front desk staff and security were also extremely helpful, welcoming, and kind throughout the entire experience. They truly went above and beyond for us, and we really appreciate everything they did. I would definitely stay here again whenever I come back to New York. Thank you so much for making a stressful situation so much easier for us!
