The hotel is nice and well-located. It is under renovation, so walking around the property was a bit uncomfortable.

The location is superb .The rooms are large enough and have a sitting area and two windows .The carpet bothered me as it was stained and old .The breakfast is excellent and the staff is very friendly .

Clean and tidy room, friendly staff, free fresh patisseries and coffee daily. Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, would definitely book here again :)

The staff is amazing! Rooms and breakfast definitely worth it. Go. Very close to everything. Right by the Arc of Triumph. Very close to Charles Gaudel train station.

The room was too warm, could not turn on the AC.

Central location. Staffs are friendly. Unlimited mini-bar drink is a plus.

We had the most amazing time at the hotel. Rooms were super clean, the Service was impeccable, and the best part was the concierge, Nicholas. What a five star man is. He knows Paris very well. I used him several times to give me places to go for dinner at the shop.. It seemed that he learned about us very quickly and was able to do breakfast to places that fit our lifestyle. The French cuisine in the restaurant was awesome. We loved it so much that we ended up eating there instead of the million other places throughout Paris. Five star all the way. Thank you so much for producing amazing memories for my fiancé and me.

The apartment is easy to find and well signposted. Inside is beautiful, clean and spacious and we absolutely loved the location! Right next to the famous Rue Cler with plenty cafes/restaurants and fresh food markets, boulangeries/patisseries etc! So much choice to eat out or pick up supplies for the apartment-whatever your preference! (I loved the organic fruit and veg market on the corner) It is also very close walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and a few minutes to the Metro to get around the city. We had some trouble accessing the luggage room on the first and last day but the staff were very friendly, helpful and extremely efficient in sorting this out for me as soon as I called them! Yes, there is no lift on the ground floor so you do have to take your luggage up yourself to the first floor but this wasn’t a problem for us. The only thing I can find to criticise is that the dishwasher didn’t really clean the dishes. I tried using it twice but it didn’t work well so I washed up by hand in the end! But overall, it was perfect for our group of 6 people and I would definitely stay here again when visiting Paris! Highly recommend, thank you so much to all the staff at My Maison in Paris :)
