Great location and nice staff. Tinny but clean. There are lots of restaurants nearby. Walking distance to Tokyo tower.

Super comfortable stay . There has everything needed in the room . Stay like a home .

Would be 5 out of 5, if our washer wasn’t broken, or the shower drain was cleaned and didn’t clog up.

Very conveniently located to ginza for shopping and some great food options away from the crowded areas.

Since it very near to akihabara is 10/10 experience

Excellent all around

Beautiful hotel, not too far from train and subway station, there’s also taxis available all the time and hotel provides shuttle. We were disappointed that using the pool came at additional cost and swimming cap using requirements - seems like a big hotel hosting international visitors all the time should be a bit more friendly to visitors from abroad.

Great place to stay! The room is clean and feels brand new. Conveniently located near the train station, in a quiet area we really enjoyed. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and the Ginza shopping district is only about a 15-minute walk away.
