Very lovely staff and excellent customer services. Elevators in building super are slow. Rooftop pool and spa areas very wet. Need more wet floor signs or rubber floor mats. My room, the sink faucet at hand basin was leaking when tap in use and leaked all over the bench and floor. I didn’t realise it to later on. Just tripping hazards and reported it.

Room was spotless we upgraded to club lounge and didn’t regret it. It was awesome. Great variety of food available drinks and breakfast was great. Great location to Darling Harbour. Staff were very friendly and helpful!

Great room and location good value for money.

Clean and comfortable room. Bathroom was quite dark and hairdryer wire very short so was unable to use mirror at same time! Room had all the amenities needed. Location of hotel was excellent. Will definitely stay again.

Our stay was excellent, interactions with all staff were professional and friendly.

The room was spotless. The view was city chic. Beatiful sheets, warm and comfortable. The bed was huge, but a little soft for me. The pillows were not particularly comfortable, too soft. The shower was ok, nice hot water, but the water pressure was a little disappointing. However, I'll accept my fairly minor bed problems for a 2 day stay when measured against the freindly, helpful staff, the lovely food and the perfect position.

Yes price for breakgasy was outrageous
