The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming, which we really appreciated. However, the facility itself is in need of a significant upgrade. Our bathroom did not meet expected standards the shower had very poor water flow, and when set to hot, no water came out at all. As a result, we were forced to take cold showers, which was quite inconvenient.
Considering this is a 4-star hotel and not a budget option, we expected a much higher standard of maintenance and overall quality.

Cannot fault our stay at the Sofitel Resort and Spa. From the moment we checked in until we checked out it was faultless. The staff would go above and beyond with a smile on their face. The room, food options, hospitality and activities were fantastic. Will definitely be staying again in the future.
