My last stay was a little inconvenient because my grandson and I were put on another floor at the grand and he could not check up on me nor help me even though I made the reservations earlier part of the year requesting rooms near each other. We didn't[t realize we could not go to each others rooms because of security so we would have to meet in the lobby to give each other things etc. I am 77 years old and if anything happened to me, he would not be able to contact me. When I explained later to the gentlemen on the 45th lounge, he was not very apologetic. I could tell he was not Japanese because Japanese people have a way of apologizing and not try to prove their point. I stayed at Keio three times during my 2 week vacation and in the past. I may consider looking for another hotel in the future. The lounge is wonderful, of course you pay for it with the room charge but after you check out, you would have to pay another 2500 yen on weekends and our flight usually leaves at 8 p.m. My grandson and his fiancé was given a twin room while I had the king bed so the rooms should've been vice versa. We were not asked or given a choice.

We traveled as a family with a young child and stayed in the connecting rooms. Our experience was absolutely incredible! The rooms were thoughtfully designed, spacious, and well soundproofed, providing a peaceful and quiet atmosphere that made our stay especially comfortable. One of our favorite features was the in-room washer and dryer combo, which was an absolute game-changer when traveling with a young child. It made our family vacation so much more convenient and stress-free. Everything about the accommodations felt practical, comfortable, and designed with families in mind. Of all the places we stayed in Japan, this was by far our favorite! We truly enjoyed our experience and would absolutely stay here again on our next trip to Japan. Highly recommend it, especially for families traveling with young children!
