Ersha Island Romantic Holidays

I really enjoy my experience there, I really recommend it.

Kitchen needs more cleaning, and maybe provide some pots and dishes for guests to use to cook.

Location is excellent, staffs were super helpful, the room we stayed was clean - we had a pleasant stay.

While waiting for check in, staff offer us to sit instead of line up and give us welcome drink. wow, very good service. breakfast very good and upgrade too, Thanks!

Desayuno muy bueno. Cuartos amplios. Ideal ubicación para la feria de Canton.

Excellent hotel for visitors of all nationalities. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you to the entire White Swan Hotel.

This hotel is just beautiful. The cleaning staff and the breakfast staff are really sweet and helpful. The front desk staff were kind as well, but there was an issue: they did not have my reservation. I booked through Expedia and had conversations with the hotel through their messaging portal. However, they could not find my reservation and I was on hold with Expedia customer service for 1.25 hours. I won't get into that too much since I think it was a fluke, but the staff -- who don't speak much English -- did their best to try and help us. The bed is huge and comfortable, the bathroom and shower are awesome, and the view is very pretty. Lots of restaurants around -- we liked the Villa. Enjoy!
