Not much communication before check-in - I had to email them to ask if my booking is still confirmed. Room was clean but not well maintained. Sofa bed not in great condition, corridors dirty. Had to ask the staff for everything including the right amount of cups for the number of people staying in room. Room size was also quite small. Amenities were not that great. Not much to do in the hotel. Bike rental was too expensive if needing the bike for a couple of hours. Staff was ok, not all were friendly and in fact one of them was a bit unprofessional with us during our visit when our keys stopped working for the 3rd time in 3 days. Breakfast was good but apart from that limited food choices in the hotel.

A large complex, well maintained and very friendly staff. They charged me for parking but reversed it when I reminded them it was included in the booking. The pool is large and impressive, appreciated the extensive fitness facilities and sauna, though access was a bit confusing (from upstairs to downstairs and upstairs again). This was our last stop on a long European tour and it was nice to have two rooms so the kids could have their own space. Appreciated the little deck and the washing machine. Kitchen is minimally stocked (four small glasses, four coffee cups, four forks, two saucepans) so couldn’t really cook here, but it worked for what we needed. The couch was small (definitely couldn’t fit more than two of us though we aren’t large folks) and not very comfortable, beds were on par with other European places. The fan was helpful along with opening windows, but there was quite a lot of noise from a daycare next door, construction, etc. Lots of restaurants in the neighborhood, several grocery stores within a few minutes walk. It is very close to public transit so easy to get to other sights in Copenhagen. Overall very happy with the stay, though like everything in Denmark it was $$$!

I liked this hotel because it was very convenient. Every shops, restaurants, bars and things to do were in walking distance. The front desk people were are helpful and friendly.

Convenient to canal and shopping area - cool old building

I had an excellent at Bob W Copenhagen. All communication is online and functions perfectly, fast and efficient. The room was lively and small personal gifts and lovely room facilities. The hotel is located 5-6 min away from a Metro station on the circle line which gives easy access to the city centre. It has a lovely park and lovely neighbourhood. It is a 25 min walk from the best bakery in town, Juno. Enjoy!
