The staff were great - friendly and helpful and offered a great suggestion for coffee (The Roadting) just down the street. The only issue we had was that we had booked a “Superior Twin Room,” but when we first checked in, we were assigned a room in the basement where there was no window. I don’t think that’s even legal in Canada because there’s no secondary exit if there’s a fire. I requested a different room and they were able to move us the next day. The rooms were clean and the AC works really well but they are tiny tiny. The picture shows a gap between the beds and the nightstand but in truth there isn’t any space. Despite the size, the room was comfortable.

The property met my needs 100%.

Breakfast was excellent with plenty of food and choices. The staff were very helpful. The hotel is fairly new with nice beds and modern bathrooms. It is a short walk to Victoria Station and a walkable distance to Westminster Abbey. We found several nice restaurants nearby as well as a grocery store.

I suppose one could argue the main dining room is very very slightly off with its interior design, but every single other aspect of this hotel is fantastic.

A short walk from the station, had a good selection of breakfast items and room was very comfortable. Had a great stay here!

Beautiful hotel with friendly staff. Close to shops and restaurants- Covent garden. Highly recommend it for London visitors. I look forward to staying at the hotel again on my next stop in London.
