Staff was courteous. Only issue is the room is older and had a musty smell. Mayb an upgrade to the rooms will be better didn’t match the ascetic of the lobby which looked newly renovated. Hotel was convenient close to parks and convention center. Easy to get ubers etc. The shuttle bus service wasn't very convenient. Got a really nice gentleman to get us back to the hotel from the theme park after the bus never showed up. Other than these minor issues the stay was good.

Didn’t get a chance to eat breakfast Val took more than 30 minutes to fetch vehicles. Staff was not friendly atmosphere was loud at all hours of the day.
The temperature outside was cold. Didn’t get a chance to go to the pool.
