Everything about the hotel was really nice. The location was conveniently located close to the airport and they provide shuttle service from the airport. The only thing I didn’t not like is that you had to pay for shuttle service when leaving and going to the airport. That is inconvenient. Normally hotel shuttle no need extra charges.

Excellent location. Quiet neighborhood location. Steps away from the bus, grocery store, various shops and restaurants. The hotel was very unique. Our room was amazing and had a waterfront view. We enjoyed watching all of the boats going by and locals swimming and participating in water sports. The lobby area was warm and inviting and always had people socializing. One evening we decided to make something in our kitchen but couldn’t figure out how to use the oven. I went to the lobby to ask the staff how to use it and they came to our room to show us. I appreciated him going out of his way to help us. Awesome customer service! I would highly recommend staying here!!

Awesome place to stay with pool, sauna,steam room and very clean. Also a tourist attraction very accessible to trains and airport!

This is a great place to stay when you arrive at or depart from Schiphol, Amsterdam. Great paths to ride bikes or walk on and you can get exercise before you take the plane or after departing the plane. Staff is terrific. Rooms are very quiet. We've stayed here several times and have had a great experience every time.

Communication was a challenge. It was in Dutch. Breakfast was good. Shuttle at airport was confusing. No schedule listed

Great location! Only complaint is that you can hear water running when someone is taking a shower from above.

Awesome property perfect situated for walking to all of the major sight-seeing attractions. Several great food & beverage options. Outstanding customer service too!
