Suwakyo Promenade Romantic Holidays

It was perfect for my family of 5 adults and 2 kids (5 & 9 yrs old). Was able to request an early check-in since our flight from LAX was early. The receptionist took our luggage since we arrive early before the requested early check-in. Room is just perfect for my family and was a joy to return to at the end of walking around Tokyo. Kitchen is perfect for cooking breakfast in the morning. The added washer/dryer with soap is a bonus and perfect for mid week and end of the week laundry. The mid week cleaning was perfect if you plan to stay more than 5 days. The staff are all wonderful and very helpful throughout our stay and will definitely consider booking again.

This apartment hotel looked pretty new or newly renovated. Our apartment was very clean. The beds were pretty comfortable. The shower was excellent with strong, even pressure. Outside of the apartment, I just wished they had an espresso machine instead of just regular coffee. It was a pretty far walk to get to a Starbucks or a coffee shop. The place is close to convenience stores and a fairly short walk to restaurants. Easy to get around Ginza area and to the train station. Though we also used Uber a few times. The front desk staff are fairly nice and courteous though they could be more enthusiastic and look more like they like their jobs. I just wish the room with an open view was available when we booked as our apartment window only had a view of the building wall next to ours. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. Would probably stay here again.

We stayed 6 nights and had an excellent experience. The hotel is well equipped with iron, washer/dryer, vacuum cleaner, and plenty of hangers and towels. The area is quiet, and although it’s a few more minutes’ walk than most hotels, we enjoyed it and will stay again. The only issue was the dryer, which didn’t work properly even after two cycles, but the room heating helped finish drying our clothes.

Wonderful hotel near Shinagawa Station! Highly suggest. This was our first hotel in Japan and was such a perfect landing space. The staff was helpful, the room was well arranged (and roomy), overall facility was perfect for us. AND it was only a short walk to a super busy station, so it was easy to get around! Stay here - splurge on a corner room - start your trip off right like we did!

Staying at Chinzanso was the highlight of our Japan trip. Highly Recommend! Garden was exceptional.

We booked this hotel for our last night in Japan after a two week trip. I thought this was going to be a luxury hotel based on the price and photos. I was wrong. The lobby is nice and the staff are attentive, but the room left a lot to be desired. It was like stepping back in time to 1995. The room was spacious, which was nice, but for the price I was expecting a more modern look and feel. It was clean enough, but everything was just old. The beds were also on the hard side. Overall, it was fine, it served its purpose, but was not worth the price tag.

The Staff were very kind and accommodating to our needs! They even assisted in finding a lost phone! The room was great as well. Thank you and Kudos to the staff!
