Yes lovely place. Clean, nice views, many pools.

The staff were exceptional especially Angelica, & Alesandro in reception and Mosa (Bellman), they each went out of their way to make orur stay and check-in/check-out so wonderful we are planning our next trip because of the care they took in making sure out stay was over-the top. If I couylr give them a higher rating I would!!!!!

We had high expectations for this stay. We have visited Costa Adeje many times but this hotel was a huge disappointment. Firstly the room... do they assign the worst to bookings that aren't direct? Whether that's true or not, it felt like it. We had a junior suite - 232. it was spacious but so dark that you needed the light on during every waking hour. The outside space had a view of metal fencing and overland piping and was equally dark. Then there's the large bathroom window which faces into the main room. It has a blind so you can bathe or shower in private, but it's not blackout. So if your partner goes to the bathroom during the night the bedroom is flooded with light. I'm presuming this is a standard feature of all their junior suites. Then there's the location of the hotel itself. It doesn't have access onto the promenade like so many other of the top end Costa Adeje hotels, it's on the hillside. A 15 minute walk down the hill which is actually fine, but coming back it's hard work up the steep slope in the heat and that's even entering through the lower exit by the swimming pool. Finally, to add insult to injury, we arrived late morning and had advised this in advance yet they still made us wait until the official check in time of 4pm before letting us into the room. Never ever again. Couldn't wait to leave after 2 nights.
