We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed our time here. The room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The staff were incredibly welcoming, kind, and always happy to help, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The location was also very convenient, with shops and everything we needed close by. It was a perfect place for a relaxing stay, and we would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended!

We stayed at Qstay Gratus and the experience was simply perfect! The apartment was spacious, exceptionally clean and equipped with everything we needed – a full kitchen, washing machine, kitchen utensils and even little treats waiting for us upon arrival. The location is excellent – close to everything but quiet and cozy. The staff was kind, available for any questions and gave a real sense of caring and wholehearted service. The check-in and check-out process was fast and efficient. We felt right at home, and even better 😊 We will definitely come back again and highly recommend to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness and a high level of hospitality!

George and the staff were truly amazing at this boutique hotel. Its in the historical and cultural quarter. Hotel is small and in a wonderful location. My mother is disabled and when I realised there be stairs, normally hotel.com can be very inflexible. They were very kind and offered a full refund. It actually made me want to stay
