This was a beautifully appointed classic hotel. The lobby atrium was striking and colorful with lots of comfortable seating. Service was excellent on every level. Our deluxe room was large and very comfortable. And easy access to the metro lines 2 and 10 was very convenient. Highly recommended!

Want to say that this was an exceptional stay at the Mandarin Oriental Pudong
The modern Luxury style and the location of this hotel appeal to me and it truly befits the MO Brand
it is the staff that have made my 2 day stay so memorable. Each member of the team that I have met was friendly, welcoming and no request was to difficult In particular want to mention the outstanding service offered by the MO Club Staff team (Apology for not remembering. The name of the ladies) They went way and above their duty to ensure that my Vegetarian dietary need where met.
Also want to mention he Front desk team for also providing and exceptional service that always welcoming and friendly
I highly recommend Mandarin Oriental Pudong to any person visiting shanghai
