The hotel is rated four stars, but the service didn’t feel like a four-star experience. The hotel was dimly lit, and many of the wooden surfaces were damaged. Many details in the cleaning were not well taken care of. The air conditioning made a very loud noise while running.

there were construction working in the mid night until 4am during our stay. We heard the noise of chipping and drilling something. The hotel also assigned a room with all the AC outdoor units outside our room. Not to mention the noise from the AC units, the view was terrible.

Clean and comfortable

Everything else was fine, but there was one thing I was dissatisfied with. As a Gold member of the platform, I was entitled to a 20% discount on food and beverages (excluding alcohol) at this hotel. I should have received a voucher to present to the restaurant staff when making purchases, but the front desk staff did not give me one during check-in. This oversight caused me some inconvenience. Although I emphasized this point when checking out and settling the bill, I later resolved the issue myself and received the 20% discount for Expedia Gold members.

This is an excellent hotel—extremely comfortable 😌 and the service is top-notch 👍.
