Love this place! Second time staying with this property. my sister and I stayed 3 nights to celebrate her birthday and the staff had a left a card and some sweet treats. Love that their double room has two queen beds and the balcony is a great feature. The staff is very helpful and always friendly. In room bottled water is a big draw for us. Only downside, for us, is no microwave in the room for door dash.

Pacific club lounge was very good with variety of snacks and nice view. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.
Pacific club room was nice but had a few repairs required: shower handheld loose, towel rack at sink loose.
When checking in no staff at Pacific Club checking , so need to line up with regular check in.
Nice location but many nice hotels around the area that should be considered.
