We stay with Monday so many times in few different locations. We love the facilities however I am expecting more services from the front desk staff, I ask for luggage storage the answer was no but I understood. However when I ask for sending my luggage to next hotel the front desk can only direct me to the logistics company instead helping me to organise it… well I know I am staying with a service apartment not a hotel…

Only 1 elevator will take forever to wait.
No interaction area like common areas.
Room will not clean for stay less than 3 nights.
Towel need to get from front desk but they close early.
