Location on Grand Canal is great! Hotel has own private dock if you’re coming or leaving by private water taxi. Vaporetto stop is right there too. A very ornate old palazzo - rooms a bit tired but clean. All period furnishings. Nice bathroom amenities. We walked everywhere from there. Let front desk show you on map how to get where you want to go. AI is not always correct!!!

Great property in the middle of where you want to be. The staff was extremely helpful with getting water taxis and for food options. They have a great bar and great breakfast. Walk out onto the grand canal and go for your adventure for the day.
