Great hotel. Spacious room. Courteous staff.

Our suite was beautiful with an absolutely breathtaking view. Everyone on staff from reception to the doorman were so helpful and kind. They go out of their way to make sure you have a wonderful stay. We went on the hotel historical tour and it was so interesting. I highly recommend it.

Room was nice and clean. The staff was welcoming at all time. Room service lady was really nice and helpful.

Stayed many times. Very good clean rooms, food facilities including top floor bar/restaurant and laundry. Very good location for local amenities and several Subway lines. Very good staff too

Clean room and excellent service

Lovely staff. Incredible property. The hype is real. This is by far and away the nicest property we’ve stayed at in Manhattan in a long time.

I always stay here when we come to LA. Love the location - close to Rodeo Drive. The area is clean and safe. The staff is always amazing and courteous. Maryam was so efficient and made check in a breeze.

Staff was friendly, great decor, well kept, great location

We had doctor appointments early at UCLA and decided to spend the night at W. The folks were very nice and helpful. The hotel is a bit tired. We had a room that was updated to a junior suite. The snacks and wet bar was good. The bathroom products can not be better. Davines from Italy. The bed was comfy too. The real problem is the air quality... The HVAC system is very tired. There are two zones. I used clorex wipes to clean the intake and outtake vents. I had to use several sheets. And they still need a lot of work. The windows have wooden shutters. They are very dusty too... Overall the W worked out for our trip. But I'm not sure we can stay there. With my wife's asthma and my allergies was quite a challenge... This was hard to write because the staff was so nice🙏🙏🙏 All the best Burton
