維格爾 滑雪假期之旅

Self-check but the staff are very laid-back :) Many times there is no one at the lobby to serve. Coffee machine is shut down in the lobby. Sparkling water is just normal still water. There was a staff being busy with another couple checking in ( while I got no assist at all when I check in ). I request to get my luggage and he asked me to sit down first. Waited 10 mins and turned out he’s forgot my request and freely chatting with the senior manager. I stood closer and the manager gave him a hint. Saw me but then continued to chat then slowly went to take a wrong luggage to me. No apologises whatsoever. It was late at 12am and I just wanted to m shower and sleep since I had a very early meeting. Meanwhile the (suppose) senior manager just bounces every request to others by saying : you can find my colleague. He just sat at the bar and drank while there were more than 1 group of guests in need. Not sure why and they did not clean our room at the second last night with the cleaning card hanged outside. ( we left in the morning ) Another room’s guest put their finished meal in the corridor for collection but it was there whole day/night. Good location and facilities but poor service.

Staying at Rotterdam is a good choice if you have you car rather than staying at Amsterdam. Delta hotel location is ok as we are traveling with car, and with free parking. Nice river view from the room. Yet, I’m booking the room for 3 people, and pay for the 3rd person for a deluxe suit. When we have in at late night, we find only one double bed and so single sofa in the room. Only 2 blankets and 2 pillows as well. We do not have energy to complain to the hotel as we were tired and wanna grab the rest asap after a long day. My friend can only sleep on the sofa and we call the reception to give us an extra blanket. If you are traveling with 3 people, please be attention that they do not have 3 beds-room even they offer you a “deluxe suit” and claimed it is suitable for 3...... The breakfast is good, bed is comfortable, and staffs are good.

早餐很好. 唯一可讚的是我們早机到了,準備到酒店安放好旅行箧後等15：00回來辦理登記入住,當時早上九點左右,職員說有房間現在可以登記入住,我們起出望外,十分開心的. 入住兩天沒有特别問題的,在第三天及第四天由於我們大約每天15：30至16：00左右會回酒店稍作休息的習慣,回到房間仍未有執房,便联給客服,就好快安排執房算了.第四天回來同樣時間回來,都是未有執房,再次联络客服說接錯了這是餐廳,故此我的伴侶便到前台找她們理論,當時一位女職員的態度有點兒不認真笑着對我們的投诉,由於我們的英文能力沒太好,我站在一旁看到覺得她有點兒歧視我們.噪得很久,有另一個男職員就幫手说的事今天太多房間要清潔故遲了。 在我的立場看每間酒店應該是安排好足夠的職員做的,不是太多客人入住房間就遲遲都未執好的.難道客人晚上22：00回來看見仍未清潔房間,要客人無奈要接受不清潔的道理嗎？ 這一點酒店應該是值得重事的及改善. 酒店的旅客入住你們管理層應是知道的而是作出安排人手.不是隨便算吧的. 作為一間很有名氣的酒店應該是認真處理每件旅客提出意見。作出改善.對所有的旅客開心的旅程.最後祝酒店每天客似雲來.

Some concierges are quite rude, some are nice. Not consistent quality of service. Equipments and facilities are quite modern
