Had a fantastic stay at Punthill Sunshine. The room was huge and spotless, with a very comfortable bed and a great shower. The kitchen was well-furnished, which was a nice bonus. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and I really appreciated the complimentary still and sparkling water. Highly recommend!

The room and the bathroom smelt musty. The carpets had huge stains. The mini fridge didn’t cool well.

Very good value for a two bedroom apartment in an excellent location. The bathroom needed a bit of maintenance but was very usable with great water pressure and a comfortable bed.

Room was nice, but totally overpriced with price gouging for a long weekend. $904 for 2 nights when it would normally be about $450. Wasn't value for money.

Great staff and amenities. Aria lounge bar staff were wonderful and went above and beyond to organise a small cake for wife's birthday too..

Great place to stay as this was to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary and we also stayed here 25 years ago. - but a bit disappointing we did not receive a room upgrade.

The standout are the staff and Collins place breakfast. Rooms were loud as you could hear others in their rooms and bathrooms. Very warm room and aircon don’t seem to work. Could hear lifts move up and down despite being a few rooms away. Bed was comfortable.
