Very nice staff! We had a great stay!

Clean, staff were amazing and attentive. Free minibar. The hotel was very big and had a nice infinity pool and a pool by the spa as well. Housekeeping were very good as were the lobby staff.

The hotel is a little distance from Patong Beach (although the hotel provides a shuttle bus). The hotel does not have its own beach. The hotel is beside a highway, and there are only a few restaurants nearby. It sounds as if this is not the best holiday hotel choice,right? But you just need to check in.Then you will find that this is a surprisingly good hotel.Because the hotel is located on the hillside, the sea view is very spectacular. The staff are all friendly and always have a smile.With a person with limited mobility the front desk team Joe Sordy and LOH took extra care of us. And lovely Ms.Noodang at breakfast restaurant was so kind to us.She not only explained everything in detail. And make sure our table is clean and the cups are full.She also took the initiative to recommend us and sent us the special dessert of the day. Then let's talk about the breakfast.Hotels in Thailand have never short of a good breakfast.But the breakfast at Kalima is unbelievable.Whether it is the variety or the quality of food.For example you may find bubble breakfast in many hotels.But Kalima take it to an other level.You can even make your own highball here.Such a good breakfast plus a good view what else could you ask for a holiday?

One of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in. Just beautiful. Aside from the great food, the great pool and the great room. The staff are what really make this place incredible. Jane at the front desk was incredible. She could help you find anything. And always with a smile. Parn at the pool was fun and friendly. As was Pond. And Prang And I wish I could remember everyone else else's names. I would give this place seven stars if that was an option. In the middle of chaos this place is absolutely a sanctuary. Patong Beach is a very busy place. But just stepping back into Nap Patong was a peaceful and awesome experience every time. We only stayed 10 days but next time I would stay at a few weeks. Cheers to everyone that works there. You guys are great chefs. Great customer service people. Super friendly every step of the way. Well done. Love you guys. Sam and Peggy Anderson Coats

The hotel is ok. It’s clean, the breakfast was good and nothing went wrong. Definitely did not meet my expectations tho. Not what you’d expect from a 5 star. Our room was very small and poorly designed. It’s like a Mexico resort. A little tacky and fine but nothing memorableS
