I think this rental is good for a business traveler. Nothing was open past 3:00. There was really nothing but business offices for many blocks. This building houses 3 rental companies and college dorms. The elevators are interesting. Not all elevators go to all floors. The pool closed for maintenance on our 3rd day. We weren't informed until right before our stay so cancelation was not an option. Getting pool total was a bit difficult. Over all the room was clean, as long as you dint look under the bed or to close at the keurig. The room was partially updated, the bathtub was not, it left a lot to be desired.

Room was clean but the refrigerator door was broken prevent it from closing completely so this made it difficult to open the sliding door to the closet for hanging our clothes. The bedding needs improvement. The mattress is not comfortable. Could be more plush. The bed linen was clean but not impressive.

The pool was great- we were there during an unfortunately windy time but it would normally be the place to be! The rooms (specifically the bathroom) are a little outdated but the bed and bedding was excellent! Very cozy and comfortable. The food was amazing!!! Seriously some delicious stuff on the pool bar menu. We also enjoyed the ramen place. It was unfortunate that the nicer restaurant was being worked on so the options became a little repetitive after a few days. Overall we had a blast.
