Very mediocre service front desk is not very welcoming or helpful. They will make you wait till exactly 3pm for check in even if you arrive 20 minutes early and exhausted from a long flight. They will just stand there and do nothing till 3pm. There was mold by the AC. The location is great but the hotel is not worth the price. Overall I do not recommend it, there are plenty of other hotels in the area.

Good location, Connected to duty Free shop and Lotte Dept store, Clean rooms although old hotel the renovation was done nicely. Only thing lacks lounge, bar area, they have a small corner that opens late, shut down being a lounge to serve lunch or dinner, I had to walk to next Hotel for a Coffey.

"The spa was lovely. It was well air conditioned and the controls being on the bed was convenient. It was well located for going to the National Library of Children and Youth, which is where I had a meeting. I would definitely stay at a Dormy Inn again based on this one."
