Hyatt Regency Times Square
10/10 Excellent
"Customer service was top tier. Service and amenities were great. I truly appreciate having somewhere safe to leave our luggage while we explored on our day of departure. Thank you to all the staff for their hospitality!"

Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel
2/10 Terrible
"The location is decent between Times Square and Central Park, but you can see that just by looking at a map.
This property really shows its age. The carpet in the halls is tearing apart and is taped together at the seams. The rooms are worn and dirty. We would have had a nice mid-town view, but the windows were filthy. The first room we were put in had no black out curtains or shades, so the room was never got dark. And the water was luke-warm at best.
I would tolerate the condition for a bargain, but this was no bargain. Also, they surprised us with a $35 per day fee. They claimed it covered food and activities, but it didn't in reality. The only activity that interested us (bike rentals) turned out to be not available. As for food, the place has a standard breakfast buffet you can get in any mid or low-tier hotel in America. The price they quoted to us: $47 per person (hahahahah). That price is essentially screaming that you can find a much better breakfast for less a short walk in any direction from this place.
Overall: I will not stay here again. There are better, newer, cleaner options in the area. "

NEW YORKER BY LOTTE HOTELS
6/10 Okay
"The breakfast is OK. But we had a problem, From the very first day, we noticed that the toilet in our room was not working properly and we called the front desk. They told us it would be fixed. The next day, it worked a little better but not 100%, until, at night, it completely overflowed and we could not use it. Someone came at night but was unable to repair it, so they told us the best solution was to change rooms.
We waited for a call about the room change until midnight, but no one called. We went to sleep and could not use the toilet all night or the following morning. Early in the morning, we went to the front desk to ask what was happening. No one knew anything, until Mr. Mohammed, with some difficulty (because he did not believe this was happening in the hotel), gave us another room. What a difference when everything works perfectly!"

Millennium Hotel Broadway Times Square
8/10 Good
"The room was nice enough, though it clearly had not been vacuumed and our window was stuck open."

Hotel St. James

"Ok hotel, over priced for no amenities. Awesome location "

Pod Times Square
10/10 Excellent
"Nicely laid out room, very efficient. I would have liked a small fridge though and some bottled water "

Hilton Garden Inn New York Times Square South
8/10 Good
"The staff members were pleasant, friendly, and very helpful. The room was clean, although they only clean the room every other day. That was a little disappointing for the amount of money you pay to stay there. We have stayed in so many hotels in NYC and all would clean your room daily. The hotel is in a very good location. I only stayed there because I thought it was the same hotel we stayed in two years ago. By the time I realized I was off by one street over, it was too late to change. We are usually only in the room to sleep, as there is so much to do in NYC. It was fine for that. I would say they need to do some renovations, though. Breakfast was not included, so we didn’t eat there. If you just want a good location and don’t care about how modern the place is, you will be fine. I’m very picky when it comes to hotels, especially at that price point."

Hotel Edison Times Square
10/10 Excellent
"The bathroom is too small."

Arlo Midtown
10/10 Excellent
"We loved the location, it’s down a one way side street so we didn’t hear sirens and other loud noises from our room. It was close to the subway and Times Square. It was very clean and the staff was very helpful and polite. Overall very happy with our stay. "
