"Even though the suite was not designed as a handicapped suite, the staff was proactive and attentive to the adjustments that would help. I got a call ahead of time confirming that I would be able to use the designated suite. They added a hand-held shower extender to the shower, so that I could use it. The only thing that would have helped more was a shower chair, so that I could sit in the shower area. They received and held a couple of Amazon packages that I bought to provide a toilet seat...

Furthermore, the entrance to this apartment is located in an alley next to the building near several trash bins… The apartment itself wasn’t properly cleaned prior to our arrival (dirty carpets and dust in several areas).
