"Do not book this place. For starters, the host gave us the wrong address. Then, the host gave us the wrong code for the lock box, and ended up finding the key was literally lying on the ground outside in the dirt.The apartment itself was disgusting and clearly not prepared for guests.See pics.After the guests before us left, the cleaning crew never came by to clean.There were no sheets on the bed, dirty sheets left in the washer, dirty dishes piled in the sink, bags of garbage by the front door,...

"We sat on the doorstep but were not allowed in despite the cleaners having finished and my son urgently needing to be at a meeting. Kept waiting more than 10mins after check in time. We had trouble understanding the key pad and had to contact them.Toilet was broken and we had no hot water the first night, Explained that we had to run the tap for 10 mins. Toilet was mended quickly, Should have a manual to explain things as well as hints on where to buy food etc."
