「We love the location. Convenient to Ocean City. Convenient to WAWA. The rooms towards the back of the property are very quiet. What is bad is the condition of the property. Chairs wobbly. TV hard to use. Towel rack ripped off the wall and not replaced. No one attends the desk so we couldn't get any ice from ice machine. No breakfast. Coffee was make your own in the room only. It is a fantastic bargain for Ocran City but not well maintained.」

「Our room had a pull out couch for us to use for 2 of our guests. The first night we went to use it and opened it up to smell a horrific smell of urine that filled the entire room. The staff was helpful in getting us a roll away bed for that night but only had one and the other guest had to sleep on an air mattress. 「The hotel is dated. The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The air conditioner is a wall unit that is located next to one of the beds. Room is provided microwave and small refrigerator. Parking lot is tight but additional parking is provided nearby.」

「A modern looking room and bathroom but small. Excellent spot within walking distance to the beach. My only issues with it were that it is self check in, although some people prefer that, and that they the shampoo bottle was completely empty and not refilled which should have at least been done since they did not allow an early check in.」

There were a lot of random “hairs” all over the tub, a hairball on the floor in the bathroom and the drain in the shower didn’t work so was forced to stand in a tub full of dirty water in the shower.
