“Joe's place was just we needed. A sufficient place to lay our heads while visiting San Francisco. About 30 min away. Good for a family on a budget. Kids loved the mini golf course in the back yard.”

“Property very good and clean. Well situated and great for 2 people. 10 minutes walk to shpping centre and 15 minutes walk to train on M line. However, side gate needs repair and bangs at night and side path tricky to negotiate. Very low water pressure and could not get hot water to kitchen.”

“We loved the location of this property. The owner Stuart was very friendly and was very helpful with getting us settled. The bed was very comfortable, and the little studio had everything you need for your stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots pans, plates, cups, utensils, etc. The location is great I'm West Portal. Just a short walk to tons of restaurants. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. ”

“Great colorful space and inspiring mix handmade and collected items. Was super easy to get around San Francisco from without a car, being within a 5-15min walk of 6 bus and train routes. Sufficient kitchen facilities with a local grocer and Safeway nearby. Selim was also accommodating to an earlier check-in”

“The place was great for us & so easy to walk to BART. Was a 15-20 minute walk & is in a nice, quiet neighborhood-even coming back at 11:30pm. The bed is very comfortable & the bathroom is roomy with a wide shower. We did not use the appliances, but cupboards were well stocked. Did not have any noise during our stay. We saw where Target/Trader Joe’s was, but didn’t shop. We did eat 2 dinners & a breakfast at the Boulevard Cafe, which is in between the walk from BART & the apartment. All……

“Generally this is an older, dingier rental. The carpeting is old and stained and because it is a basement unit it is quite dark. Even so at the price point it was perfectly sufficient for what we needed and I was prepared to handle any deficiencies UNTIL the third morning I woke up with bug bites all over my body. I checked the sheets and found mystery bugs in the sheets with me. Terrified of it either being bed bugs or fleas, I immediately packed up and left, but even days later after washing……
