"Wonderful stay at King George Hotel, San Francisco! We had a fantastic experience at the King George Hotel in San Francisco. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and very well located, making it easy to explore the city. What truly made our stay exceptional, though, was the staff — everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming. A special thank you to Abdullah, who was especially helpful and professional. He took the time to explain what attractions we should see around the city and gave us clear, practical guidance on how to use FastTrak, which saved us a lot of time and stress while traveling. His local knowledge and genuine willingness to help made a big difference in our trip. If you’re looking for a hotel with excellent service, friendly staff, and people who truly care about their guests, I highly recommend the King George Hotel. We would definitely stay here again!"

"I was very disappointed with my stay. The elevator was out of service during my entire visit, which made carrying luggage up and down the stairs extremely inconvenient, and the stairs were difficult to walk on. I stayed for three nights and the bedding was never changed — it was only slightly straightened, and sometimes even the trash was not taken out. The front desk staff were not friendly or welcoming. Overall, the experience was far below my expectations, and I would not stay here again."
