This is a comfortable house in south San Francisco. It is gracious and well equipped. To be clear, it is a 20 minute or so uber/waymo ride to most places in SF. Or better yet, a 7 minute walk and 30 minute tram ride (k tram) to the Embarcadero. It’s only a 10 minute walk to groceries and is in a quite, well kept neighborhood.
