“Very well maintained and had complementary teas!”

“Cp值可以就不用要求太高了！”

“10/10 Excellent — An absolute SF gem! This place is a peaceful, impeccably clean, and private retreat in one of San Francisco's best neighborhoods. Just a short walk to the Presidio with incredible eateries and shops nearby. Springer was a fantastic and responsive host. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the city—we can’t wait to come back!”

“The best thing was parking. It was super easy. As long as no other car take up the designated parking spot in front of the grass (which no one did). I rented a car, and I mean, if you're visiting the Bay Area you should rent a car. The main issue I had was that the shower drain was clogged. Other than that, it's a studio and felt like a studio. It was also a bit annoying that there was a sign that you could only use 1 of each of the following at a time: the coffee machine, the microwave, and……

“I cannot thank Saiqa enough for how accommodating they have been with our stay! Welcoming, great communication and overall such a wonderful host. The place itself was in a great location and had everything mentioned on the profile. Instructions to get to the place was clear and the space was very clean and roomy. Highly recommend staying here if you ever visit San Fran! ”

“Such a cute place! Parking spaces were limited but we didn’t have any trouble finding a spot. I’m not sure I ever truly experienced San Francisco hills before on foot. 😅 Amazing parks (for bird watching) and amazing food nearby. Just be aware of the hills.”

“Excellent property, no issues.”

“The location was amazing, the view from the back deck was great. Very clean and easy to access. Perfect for what we were looking for. Attentive host that provided the details needed to access the unit. Will be staying here again.”

“The listing provided showed a listing of a differently painted house, although the inside was clean the outside needs cleaning. The inside smelled like strong cleaning supplies so airing it out was necessary. The door for one of the bedrooms was locked and were told to find a way to open it on our own, so if you need immediate support for anything related to the house, expect you will need to do it yourself. The futon couch that they have is broken and don’t let them charge for it. If it’s a……

“Musty basement apartment with furnace blowing constantly. I was sneezing the whole visit and didn't feel well there.”

“A wonderful start to our San Francisco adventure! Extremely clean accomodations. We enjoyed the close proximity to Avalon Canyon to view the sunset. The massage chair was very relaxing after our flight.”

“Quiet, comfortable, great recharge during travels. Host is responsive and everything needed is provided. Great place before the airport as it is very close. ”

“The flat was exceedingly clean, very comfortable, and was well appointed. My family enjoyed having plenty of beds to choose between, and I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention that they were quite comfortable too. The hosts were easy to get ahold of, and were quick to respond to questions. All-in-all it was a very enjoyable experience.”
