"Our room was really nice as well as the whole interior through as well"

"Have stayed here multiple times and been consistently satisfied. Location is my favorite in SF. Staff is always attentive and room service and housekeeping are always excellent. Bed was not comfortable, mattress was quite saggy and unsupportive. Cold water pressure in bathroom sink was poor. . "

"The staff was amazing and lobby was also amazing! For the price we paid it was a lot nicer than most hotels at comparable pricing we have stayed at previously in other big cities. It was 65$ additional to bring our cat but they hooked it up with a small bottle of wine so no Complaints here. All other hotels say they only welcome dogs when booking. "

"Nice lobby, small room even though we upgraded. Old antiquated they put some money into it to pretty it up but we typically stay at the Clift for the same price and it is far superior in every aspect. Also the elevator situation where you go up a floor and change to another is a joke. Total letdown"

"Thought the $20 per day “Amenity” charge was lame. If I would have known it was going to cost more than the stated bottom line, I would have gone further up the Hill, out of the Cusp of the TL. Room 211 is in close proximity to the laundry room, that seemed to only run during sleeping/quiet hours. I won’t go back. "
