“The room was spotless, the design and finishes were fantastic, and it was a peaceful escape from the busy streets of Castro in San Francisco. The staff were super helpful and got back to me quickly. Expedia had a $34 food credit on my reservation, but the hotel couldn’t use it, so the staff mentioned they’re looking into a refund.”

“We stay there for two nights, the WiFi wasn’t working which was pain,toilet cistern was leaking water at the first night, we have to turn off the tap on the wall, it was repaired the next day. Our room was facing the street, it was annoying whenever cars passing by at the night, apart from that the hotel services was good, the girls at reception were kind and helpful , the location of the hotel is quite central ”

“Wasn't really sure about being at a hotel with a check in based on it being digital. It was pretty lowkey & they were extremely friendly. I liked the room for being just in and out. Location was solid as well, it was nice to be close to everything I wanted to see this time around. ”

“Very impressive. Staff was nice and enthusiastic. The room was spacious, clean, and decent. Love the design of the mansion. It was a pity that we cannot try the fine dining at this beautiful hotel due to their maintenance. Will surely come back in the future!”
