We stayed for our 5th Anniversary and the team went above and beyond preparing our room slightly ahead of normal check in and provided a complementary bottle of prosecco which wasn’t expected. The Bell hops are knowledgeable and very friendly and prompt to open your door as you arrive each time. Highly recommended booking the executive suite we had a great view of the courtyard

The hotel is gorgeous, clean, well maintained and situated in a great location. However, there were signs in the room specifying what you couldn’t take upon check-out, which was strange and unsettling especially at a luxury hotel. The hotel front desk staff wasn’t kind or caring; they didn’t care about your experience. The in-room food service was cold, disgusting and expensive. This hotel only offers a fitness room and two restaurants so there are not very many amenities. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Me and my kids loved our trip to San Francisco because of staying here they have extremely helpful understanding staff, easy check in, kid friendly, large spacious rooms, comfortable beds and pillows, easy Netflix login, nice quite area, housekeeping respects privacy. Nice valet area easy to go in and out. We had an amazing time. I would say the only thing to keep in mind is the area where they keep the water, wine, and alcohol is weight triggered so if you move them because of small children you will be charged if you don’t let staff know at check out. But staff is extremely nice and fixed the issue right away. Beautiful lovely hotel.
