「This was a lovely place to stay while in Walnut Creek. The process to check in was involved, but the instructions provided made it seamless. 「Two smoke detectors started chirping at 2:30am. We tried to get them (one was hardwired) to stop. They said take out the battery and then no further instruction/no additional response until 5:30am. Meanwhile we were concerned about carbon dioxide and had to deal with horrible noise and went to sleep in the lobby. Property management said maintenance would come at 8am. No show until 9am.
