"It was a wonderful place that I would totally choose again when in the area. Just fyi if noise is something you cannot handle then you might have to reconsider staying in the downtown area. It can get loud at night but we were able to overcome that. Everything else was great. "

"The staff is amazing. Angela helped us at check in. We told her this was our first time in San Fran and asked if there was a room with a view. For a nominal fee we were given a room with a balcony and seating overlooking the harbour. Absolutely worth every penny. She is friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about the hotel and the area. We also have to mention Jenny. She is a manager with the food service side, and she is also friendly, professional, eager to make sure your stay is perfect. Cannot say enough about the wonderful time we had while in San Fran at the Hyatt Embarcadero. "
