This hotel is very convenient for regular travel for me.
However, the architecture is ugly and inconvenient. Most of the rooms face back into the city. Staff is a bit thin at the moment (not unusual) but were helpful and friendly when found.

This is a great place to stay. Cable car and all other transits are next to the hotel. China Town is close by. If we could afford to the price next time, we will definitely stay at this hotel again.
I upgraded to the 16th floor as the room reserved for me was on a lower no view floor even though i paid for an upgraded room. The breakfast offered in the morning was not included which was a surprise to me and other guests staying there. It was represented in a way that made us think that it was. It was a $45.00 buffet breakfast! It just felt deceitful. Overall the hotel was nice, and i enjoyed my stay.
Love this hotel. The lobby is amazing. Cable car and Bart stop right in front of hotel. Ferry building right across the street. Staff members were super nice. Would absolutely stay here again.
