The lobby is unappealilng. Checkin was average with the nonpersonality front desk person. He gave us a room which I reserved a better room. My husband had to go back to the front desk and request for a room change. The woman was gracious and assisted us in getting us a different room. Besides that, our stay at the CQ was adequate.

Honestly, a perfectly fine hotel. My only complaint was the air conditioning didn't work well, had it on all night and we could only get the room down 1 degree. Elevators are also very slow. However, it was fine!
