「Very cute basement flat with all the needed amenities — kitchen, washer/dryer, comfortable bed, etc., all in a charming quintessential SF neighborhood. Given that San Francisco can be cold in the summer or winter, the radiant floor heating was most welcome and kept the entire place super-comfy. Vin is a pleasant, attentive host and is a very good, proactive communicator. Top-notch experience!」

「Our family stayed in this cozy Northbeach home over the Christmas Holiday and loved it's eclectic charm. The location is perfect; access to all that is Northbeach. . . China Town, Coit Tower, Fisherman's Wharf, Embarcadero. Plus easy access to public transit via cablecar or streetcar. Sara is a gracious and welcoming host and responds to every text message promptly with helpful information. We highly reccomend this house for families, couples or anyone that wants a true Northbeach experience.」

「We enjoyed the great location and wonderful views from the rooftop deck of Golden Gate Bridge and surrounding neighborhood. It’s a quick walk to several nice restaurants and shops on Union Street and close to the marina district and Fisherman’s Wharf. Inside was very nicely decorated and clean with comfortable beds, upscale master bath and large kitchen. The host was very responsive and friendly. We would stay here again, it is a perfect place to stay in SF.」

「Beautiful property. Large bathroom with plenty of storage, walk in large shower, and plenty of hot water. Queen bed was comfortable. Street parking is tricky—read signage and it is paid by meter or app. Area felt very safe. Attached courtyard accessed by French doors was a wonderful oasis.」
