“I had to book something last-minute for work, and found this listing for a good rate in SanFran. It was like a home away from home, perfect, and better than a hotel. The host was very friendly and was prompt with communication. I have saved this property and will book this place again if I or anyone needs to visit SF in the future. ”

“Robert was a great host. The apartment is in an amazing location close to Ghirardelli Square and Pier 39. The couch in the living room is very comfortable and the kitchen is well outfitted. Only downside is the master bedroom mattress is very soft and not comfortable if you prefer more firmness. ”

“A great apartment in a great building in a convenient neighborhood! The apartment is bright and spacious; the in-unit washer dryer is definitely a plus! The building is also very nice; the gym is well equipped and the outdoor hot tub looks very nice (never got to try it). Ephraim is very responsive, though we barely needed to contact him during our stay. As he points out, it is his primary residence unlike some other properties that are solely rented out, which has its pluses and minuses. I……

“Needed a month rental to come visit our kids and granddaughter in the neighborhood. This was the perfect location; close to everything - no car needed! Chestnut Street is full of shops and restaurants and is just a quick walk away. The Marina is right around the corner and our favorite morning walk was around the Palace of the Fine Arts. Otto and his wife were great to deal with - such nice people! ”

“The location is amazing. The property is quiet and perfect for us. Walk one way and you’re in North Beach, another way and Embarcadero, another way and Chinatown…we were in heaven. We love SF and can’t say enough to describe how much we enjoyed our stay.”
