“ Please be aware if you come with a large group and a car. The check-in instruction provided by the hotel was inaccurate. We came with a car and found it so confusing upon arrival. There was no pass-code provided for the garage as the instruction message stated. Later we found that we have to check-in with the kiosk first and then used the activated room card to open the garage. We stuck at the gate for half an hour because of this. “We had a wonderful stay here during our time in Val Gardena. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The rooms were very nice, comfortable, and clean. The double rooms with a sharef bathroom was perfect for saving some money, but still having our own space. Breakfast was really good on the days we could have it (it starts at 7am which is kind of late for us so sometimes we had already left for the day).
