“We arrived exhausted with a baby in arms and they wouldn’t accept our reservation. Either the lady was too lazy to look, or there is a problem with the app, or the hotel doesn’t work with the app anymore but the listing is still here. Either way they wouldn’t let us stay and the lady was very rude. She didn’t even bother trying to be accommodating. Now this app won’t give me a refund as if I just chose not to stay there instead of being turned away. I had to book another stay and walk across……

“Overall a great stay. Plenty of enjoyable amenities here, staff is very friendly especially the servers in the first floor, the rooms are nice, and you’re close to everything. ”

“Vinieron a las 1 de la mañana tocarnos la puerta de la pieza para decirnos que se habían equivocado con la pieza que nos habían dado y que nos teníamos que cambiar ahora mismo de pieza, a pesar de que estábamos en pijama y con todo desarmado. Además el baño asqueroso, en la ducha había un parque curita (band aid) usado, un moco y pelos de huéspedes anteriores. El desayuno pésimo, dos panes añejos y cero variedad. ”

“抵達時被告知飯店的房價被網站弄錯的問題,一下午在櫃檯前等候飯店與網站公司連繫,非常浪費時間也差點誤了換匯,還好飯店經理最後先開房間讓小嬰兒和小孩子能先休息,感謝旅館人員的同理心.”

“The hotel was good. The room was big and comfortable. Hot shower and well located very close to the train station, shops and restaurants. The only negative thing was the noise from outside but maybe there’s no escape being in that area - the train passes in front of the hotel.”

“Great location, quiet but close to everything in the old town. Friendly & helpful staff & good breakfast with plenty of options and cooked to order eggs. Comfy bed & nice bathroom with toiletries. The only downside is because the rooms are situated around an open courtyard you can hear people moving around and talking. We stayed here pre and post Inca trail and really appreciated our bags and clean washing ready in our room when we got back and the bliss of a hot shower, plentiful towels and a……

“Bel accueil du personnel, toujours courtois. J’ai eu un problème avec l’eau chaude qui ne fonctionnait pas et le personnel m’a donné une nouvelle chambre sur le champ. Service de laverie directement à l’hôtel, très pratique. ”

“Me and my boyfriend had a wonderful stay here. The rooms were clean and the the staff, and especially Janeth, were so helpful and kind! Would definitely recommend staying here!”
