「Upon arriving during the two-hour check-in window, I was puzzled as to if anyone worked here. I walked in the front, no one. Went around back, just a couple ski resort patrons. I was sure I was in the right building from the photos, but it looked more like an abandoned building with some squatters in the form of skiers. 」

「餐廳舒適可在這邊用餐休息 餐點非常棒，是餐廳等級，西式料理，帶點法式料理的方式，食材真材實料，擺盤精美。 因住三人房，應該是兩人房空間放置三張床，空間狹窄，但有陽台紓解，房間裝潢較平實，但沒有什麼味道，不覺老舊。走廊倒是堆置一些備品影響觀瞻。有準備飲水機、微波爐和自動販賣機。 浴室是澡堂，溫泉池大約可容納兩三人，避開其他人使用時間倒是不會影響。 備有乾燥室，雪季時可供放置雪具。 樓梯較陡峭走路要小心，房間都在三樓，無電梯。」

「Delightfully friendly and kind hosts. Very clean place. Simple rooms, with everything you need, and shared washrooms. Nice breakfast. The shuttle to the lift is nice (although also easily walkeable in 10-15 minutes). The onsen bath downstairs is a definite bonus.」

「The cottage has everything a family needs but the communications around check-in was very poor and hotels.com's customer service was unwilling to provide any assistance. I would have thought some level of quality control helped justify hotels.com's commission.
