“The staff were kind and helpful. The breakfast was very good. Yummy eggs and toast. And the coffee was perfect. The whole place is very quaint. I sat in the garden and watched birds. Also the bees pollinating all of the beautiful flowers. It’s a mini botanical garden. It’s close to the bus terminal, a 10-15 minute walk (uphill). It wasn’t a bad walk to town for dinner either. ”

“property was good and clean, they provided breakfast which was pretty decent. Allan was very courteous and helpful. Downside - We took a bus from elcalafate to elchalten. this apartment is 16-17mts walk from bus station - walking was not a problem but this was full gravel road so we had challenges to take our suitcases from station to this apartment. so recommend taking taxi from station if you stay here. not giving 5 star because of distance from bus station. Also the staff that worked……

“The staff at pioneros del valle are sooo nice and helpful. The place is clean and comfortable with lots of inviting spaces inside and outside to relax. The private rooms are the way to go with breakfast included. Make reservations early because they fill up fast. We ended up changing plans and I can’t emphasize enough how sweet and patient the staff were in helping us find another night with a private room. We ended up staying a third night in the shared rooms which are definitely a different……
