"The staff is friendly. Issues about the tv and the key pass were quickly resolved. The location is perfect for me. It is very near Burnham Park, jeepneys to La Trinidad, Good Taste Restaurant, Mc Donald’s, and walking distance to the market and Session Road. I thought it is generally clean and had no gut issue after brushing my teeth with the water from the faucet. I was afraid at first due to an experience at another hotel but so far so good. "Property is conveniently situated at city centre. Walking distance to Burnhap park and main Baguio session road. The hotel is maintained well and staff are very helpful and courteous."

"The host are accommodating, we arrived at the CV transient around 1am, they let us check in still (we late due to our schedule availability and travel schedule). The place is simple, what you see is what you get. There is a fan in the room, you won't need AC since the temperature in Baguio is cold. Cons: The water heater is not working all the way through it will be hot for like a minute and then it's gonna be cold again, hopefully this will be fixed either way the place is good."
