"Pretty good hotel in a great location. The price was right and in Lugano, we didn’t spend much time in the room. However, it was clean and everything worked. Plenty of storage space and comfortable beds. We had a room looking out over the street and enjoyed opening the windows and hearing the sounds of the town, but they weren’t bothersome. Not a luxury hotel, but this is a hotel that the masses should consider. It checks all of the boxes! Absolutely no complaints and the staff were very kind and helpful."

"Location is excelente! Nice big room, comfy bed and nice hand soap. I went in summer with my husband and 2 kids. I was a little hesitant about paying the deposit thru link after learning that many scammers work that way, but it was the only way since it is a self check in. They do send instructions of everything with steps to enter the room. The key to the room is modern, thankfully my 19 year old got us in quite fast. One thing I didn’t know was that most places in Lugano don’t have air conditioners. So be aware! I have to say that even in summer (August) it wasn’t bad. The room has a floor cooling system and a fan. Check in was after 4pm (strictly) I had to walk around with bags for hours, but it was definitely stated ahead. They returned my deposit in a day or two. I would go back again. It was comfortable and spacious."
