「Overall, we had a very comfortable and pleasant stay.
Although we arrived about two hours before check-in, the staff kindly let us into the room early as it was already prepared, which we really appreciated. The room was different from what we had originally booked, but it was more than sufficient.
The room itself was spacious, clean, and tastefully designed. It was a very cold day, but the heating worked perfectly, and we stayed warm and comfortable throughout our stay.
