“I like the spacious room we had. However, since Covid I think housekeeping SHOULD BE DONE DAILY instead of every 3rd day. In our room there was hair(NOT OURS😳) on the toilet and inside the tub, also on the floor. The AC unit had VERY VISIBLE DUST ON THE OUTSIDE 😳😳😳. If we visit the area next year, we might consider going somewhere else because for the money we shouldn’t have our room be like this ”

“There was a rowdy customer talking about fighting with the owner. We had no shampoo/conditioner or bath soap in our room. I had to call the front desk I thought that we didn’t have hot water in the shower, but it turned out that the water handle was installed backwards.”

“The hotel offers nice, clean rooms, and we loved the breakfast. It is located in downtown with many options of dining around. One thing we haven’t been aware, it was that no refrigerator in the room and we couldn’t request one because we've booked the room through a third party. However, we realized that we don’t need a refrigerator as we had an ice machine close to our room to keep the drinking water cold. I recommend ”
