“I loved this hotel and would come again! I loved the high roof and the space. It had a coffee maker and water boiler for tea. The bathroom was clean and modern. Overall, the room looked newly renovated. The tram and bus station is 2 minutes away. You enter either with your phone or a keycard you get when you arrive. I had a little trouble entering the hotel when I arrived. I would also suggest to talk with the staff before arrival if you are planning to arrive earlier than check-in, so that……

“Velvet Lodge was a great stay. It is at a walkable distance from the central station which is convenient if you are traveling with family and have a lot of luggage like we did. The property was neat and clean, and staff are supportive. Only caveat was walking up and down the stairs for 3 floors with the bags.”

“ The single bed is quite small for a man, can’t even turn my body to another side. But the space of room itself is pretty good. Clean and about 15 minutes to walk from and to centraal station. Early check in for 5€ (I checked in at 12 pm) and luggage storage for 3€, the price is fair if you need it.”
