"The hotel was just a few minutes walk to Ueno station. Its also close to convenience stores. Staff we're very helpful. Room clean except for stains on the walls. Bathroom was very clean. I recommend this hotel."

"Very friendly staff and in a great location. Beds were a little on the stiff side and we could feel each spring. Not the worst sleep but definitely have had better. Great place to stay if you just need somewhere to stash your belongings and rest your head for a decent price."
