“Bin sehr zufrieden ”

“1 week ago before my arrival, I called the hotel to help me booked the pick-up service because I will arrive in the midnight. I even double confirmed with them by e-mail. However, nobody came to pick me up, so I had to take taxi to go to the hotel by myself. When I arrived it was already 1:30AM. I was super tired and had to get up early the next day to catch a ferry, so all I wanted was to go to bed as soon as possible. But the hotel told me all room were full! He said it must be a system……
